Job role
- Accountable for entire procurement function comprising of procurement schedule on delivery at Project Site.
- Develop relationship with business stakeholders & strategic supply partners.
- Experience preferably required in contracts management including sourcing, selection of a contractor, negotiating for price and other terms & conditions. Must have exposure in framing of contract terms & conditions.

Job role
- Accountable for entire procurement function comprising of procurement schedule on delivery at Project Site.
- Develop relationship with business stakeholders & strategic supply partners.
- Identifying the procurement needs of all projects/sites. Lead & manage team of buyers to comply with quality & adhering to timelines.
- Work alongside with Senior Management in contributing to overall business objectives.
- To provide leadership & directions to the team to ensure deliverable are attained.
- Track & monitor key functional metrics of Supply Chain Management & Vendor Management to reduce costs & improving effectiveness.
- Identify suitable suppliers & evaluate suppliers based on cost quality, reliability & service availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers in order to determine product availabilities, delivery sources & terms & conditions of sales.
- Maintain records of entire purchase process, i.e. Purchase requisitions, Quotations, Purchase Order, & Delivery Notes & Invoices.
- Sound knowledge of market research, along with good communication & analytical skills, effective in negotiating contracts & preparing reports.
